Hair Plus Shampoo Conditioner

hair-plusHair Plus Shampoo and Conditioner is said to contain a unique formula that helps accelerate hair growth and promote longer, healthier, thicker, and bouncier hair, while making hair more manageable. The products are sold as a set and contain many all-natural ingredients that are sure to make your hair and scalp nice and clean. What it doesn’t contain however is anything that will help your hair from falling out or help any new hair to grow in the places you once had hair.

Special shampoo and conditioner?

According to the company the shampoo supplies proteins to protect the hair shaft, strengthen the hair shaft, prevent dryness and breakage, improves gloss, texture, manageability, and add body.

The conditioner is supposedly specially formulated to supplement the shampoo and of course, they must be used together for optimal results. According to the company, the active amino acids derived from enzyme hydrolysis and vitamin B-6 stimulates more rapid hair growth.

What makes it special

The company claims that it is the ingredients in Hair Plus Shampoo and Conditioner that make it so unique and special. The list of ingredients is as follows:

Hair Plus Shampoo: Water, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Cocoamidopropyl Betaine, Cocamide DEA, Carboxymethyl Chitin, Hydrolyzed Keratin, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Egg Shell Extract, Alcohol, Camphor, Pyridoxin HCl, Parfum, Propylene Glycol, 5-Bromo-5-Nitro-1, 3-Dioxane, Methylparaben, Citric Acid, and CI 42090.

Hair Plus Conditioner: Water, Paraffinum Liquidum, Ceterayl Alcohol, Tallow Alcohol, Cetareth-20, Carboxymethyl Chitin, Hydrolyzed Keratin, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, EGG Shell Extract, Lecithin, Alcohol, Camphor, Pyridoxin HCl, Cetearylkonium Bromide, Benzalkonium Bromide, Ceteareth-12, Parfum, Methylparaben, and Citric Acid.

There are many all-natural botanical shampoos and conditioners that are readily available at your local supermarket that contains many, if not all, of the ingredients that are in Hair Plus Shampoo and Conditioner. What you don’t see is anything that is proven to aid in the battle against losing your hair. Of all the ingredients listed, there is not one that can block DHT, which is the leading cause of hair loss. But one thing you will find different about Hair Plus Shampoo and Conditioner is that the price is significantly higher.

Conclusion

The all-natural trend continues in the world of hair loss products. There are many out there that claim the same thing as Hair Plus Shampoo and Conditioner, but none will deliver. Put simply, a clean head of hair and a clean scalp does not equal the re-growth of lost hair, nor does it keep existing hair from falling out. It is nice to have a clean scalp, mainly so you don’t stink, but even those with unclean scalps can have a full head of thick hair that won’t fall out. On the flip side, some of the cleanest people on the planet are some of the baldest, that’s life. There are products that do work, but there are far more that do not and this “special” shampoo and conditioner fall into the category of do not. Save your money and get yourself a good botanical shampoo and conditioner from the supermarket; just don’t expect to re-grow your hair when you do.
